Posebej je primerna pri po\u0161kodbah, edemih, hematomih ter drugih vnetnih mi\u0161i\u010dno-skeletnih obolenjih.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TENS<\/strong> \u2013 Transkutana elektri\u010dna nevrostimulacija je dopolnilna terapevtska tehnika, ki se uporablja za nadzor bole\u010dine tako v akutni kot kroni\u010dni fazi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elektrostimulacija<\/strong> \u2013 Elektrostimulator spodbuja mi\u0161i\u010dne kontrakcije z mikro elektri\u010dnimi impulzi nizke frekvence. Njegov namen je predvsem rehabilitacijski, danes pa se uporablja tudi na estetskem in \u0161portnem podro\u010dju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ultrazvok<\/strong> \u2013 Ultrazvo\u010dna terapija deluje tako, da elektri\u010dni tok pretvarja v vibracije. Uporablja se za izbolj\u0161anje celjenja zlomov, zmanj\u0161anje mi\u0161i\u010dnih kr\u010dev, pospe\u0161evanje okrevanja po po\u0161kodbah, izbolj\u0161anje omejene gibljivosti sklepov, zmanj\u0161anje sklepne togosti itd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kinezioterapija<\/strong> \u2013 Metoda terapije z gibanjem. Uporabljajo se predvsem terapevtske vaje za pospe\u0161itev okrevanja po po\u0161kodbi ali bolezni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kinesio Taping<\/strong> \u2013 Metoda terapevtskega tapinga, pri kateri se uporablja elasti\u010dni lepilni trak.
